March 1, 2010 – SMSLLC provided Horizon Lines LLC with an operational assessment report as the culmination of an operational review of Ocean Transportation Services (OTS). The assessment analyzed OTS support of effective fleet operations as observed at each of the company’s operating locations and onboard a sample of vessels representing primary trade lanes.
