William R. Mahoney

As the managing partner, Bill directs the firm’s operations, marketing and business development. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His specialty consulting areas include compliance system development and continuity services.

John F. Hess

John is an accomplished maritime professional who has held senior industry positions for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point. His specialty practice areas include compliance system auditing and improvement.

Roger H. Miller

Roger is a seasoned maritime and consulting professional who coordinates the firm’s fiscal and business strategies. He is a graduate of the Maine Maritime Academy and the U.S. Business School in Prague. His specialty practice areas include continuity services and business-based solutions.

Francis P. McGinty

Frank is an experienced master mariner and compliance consultant who previously founded a marine management consulting firm. He is a graduate of the New York Maritime Academy at Fort Schuyler. His specialty consulting areas include maritime operations and environmental compliance.

Eric Brown

Eric sailed as a licensed marine engineer onboard a variety of vessels and has held numerous shoreside positions. He completed undergraduate studies at Mary Washington College and Maine Maritime Academy.

Brock Hieger

Brock completed 9 years of service with the U.S. Navy P-3C Orion program. His assignments included Mission Safety Commander, Wing Safety Department Head and Aviation Safety Officer.
