Roger has extensive seagoing and consulting experience. In addition to his client responsibilities he also coordinates the firm’s fiscal and business strategies. Roger is a graduate of the Maine Maritime Academy and the U.S. Business School in Prague. His specialty practice areas of continuity services and business-based solutions build up his diverse professional and educational background.

Roger has assisted numerous clients with the development and improvement of their compliance programs and is most valuable to the SMS team in providing his analytical review and critique for key project deliverables.
